RETURN WINDOW


  • Return window: Within 7 days of delivery

  • Exchange window: Within 14 days of delivery

  • Condition: Items must be unused, with original packaging and tags

  • Options: Exchange, refund, or store credit


EXCHANGES

We offer a smooth and efficient exchange process.

You may request an exchange if:

  • The size or fit isn’t right

  • You received a damaged or defective item

  • You received the wrong product

How it works:

  1. Submit your request through your account or contact our support team

  2. We arrange pickup or provide return instructions

  3. Once approved, your replacement item will be shipped

Exchanges are free of charge (in most cases).

  • Card / bank refunds: 7–14 business days

Please note:

  • Shipping fees may be deducted (if applicable)


DESTINATION


To qualify for return or exchange, items must be:
  • In their original, unused condition
  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With all tags and original packaging intact

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS 


  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards or store credit
  • Intimates, swimwear, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)
  • Personalized or custom-made products

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost
